Each package is inspected before dispatch to ensure the items arrive in pristine, brand-new condition, ready to use safely.
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey in real time from our facility to your provided delivery address. Shipping timelines vary based on your geographic location and item size: domestic orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, while international orders generally take 8–16 business days for delivery. Extended international timelines are due to mandatory customs clearance procedures (especially for lighters, which may require additional screening), cross-border postal processing, and regional carrier logistics. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on your delivery location, package weight, and dimensions.
